AR Resolution Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Revenue Cycle Management team, the full-time AR Resolution Associate will work remotely to follow up with commercial and governmental payers on claim issues, ensuring timely reimbursement and resolving discrepancies.

Key responsibilities:

• Examines unpaid and denied claims to identify reasons for discrepancies
• Communicates with payers to follow up on outstanding claims and file appeals
• Documents activities accurately and analyzes trends to address root causes of issues in accounts receivable

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in medical collections or professional billing preferred
• Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Working knowledge of revenue cycle and medical terminology
• Experience with claims review and analysis is preferred
