AR Solutions Supervisor

Job Summary

Managing a team of remote professionals, the full-time AR Solutions Supervisor will oversee staff performance, ensure client needs are met, and facilitate training and development opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage team performance, providing feedback and training to enhance productivity and quality
• Analyze client requirements and data trends, participating in client meetings to ensure alignment with expectations
• Create and maintain client preference guides, ensuring team members are informed of client procedures and preferences

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience preferred
• Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management preferred
• Experience managing remote team members effectively
• Intermediate Excel skills, including vlookup and pivot tables
