Job Summary

A company is looking for an AR Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve errors in claims processing and follow up on unpaid balances
• Analyze patient accounts to identify denial trends and communicate with insurance representatives for resolution
• Collaborate with the Central Business Office and adhere to established guidelines and protocols

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of insurance collections experience
• Experience using NextGen and knowledge of insurance coordination of benefit rules
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Orthopaedic specialty experience is preferred
• Fluency in English; fluency in a second language is a plus
