Job Summary

A company is looking for an AR Specialist 1 to manage complex claims for payment.

Key Responsibilities

Follow up on complex claims by contacting insurance companies and utilizing payor websites
Review and resolve rejections from assigned payors and plans
Calculate and post adjustments based on third-party reimbursement guidelines

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma
Previous Revenue Cycle knowledge in areas such as PFS, Customer Service, or 3rd party Reimbursement
Ability to perform tasks efficiently and collaboratively
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred: One or more years of experience in healthcare billing functions
