Job Summary

Managing revenue cycle processes end-to-end, the full-time AR Specialist will handle billing, collections, and denial management while collaborating across clinical and financial areas in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and resolve issues impacting revenue
• Analyze metrics and reports to enhance performance
• Ensure adherence to revenue cycle best practices

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma (College degree preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable or revenue cycle management
• In-depth knowledge of coding guidelines, regulations, and reimbursement methodologies
• Experience with Cerner
• Experience with payor contract negotiations and reimbursement methodologies
