AR Specialist II

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AR Specialist II - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact insurance companies to secure outstanding payments and resolve claim rejections
• Monitor changes in reimbursement policies and calculate adjustments based on guidelines
• Perform special projects as assigned, ensuring compliance with departmental policies and objectives

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Two years of experience in Revenue Cycle knowledge including PFS, Customer Service, and third-party reimbursement
• Knowledge of ICD, CPT, HCPCS coding, and billing practices of major third-party payors
• Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet strict deadlines
• Computer skills including mainframe, PC applications, and Excel
