Job Summary

Supporting users in Arabic, the full-time Sales Manager will address issues during lessons and assist clients, with a flexible remote work schedule available.

Key responsibilities

• Provide client support in Arabic, resolving problems that occur during lessons
• Assist in managing client relationships and ensuring satisfaction
• Collaborate with the sales team to enhance user experience and retention

Required qualifications

• Advanced or native proficiency in Arabic (C2)
• Proficient in English (at least B2)
• Experience in sales
• Familiarity with language school operations is preferred
