Arbitration Appeals Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Arbitration Appeals Supervisor to oversee and manage post-closure arbitration review and reopening activities for out-of-network disputes.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervises Arbitration Closure Appeals staff, managing workload and providing performance feedback
• Oversees investigations of closed arbitration disputes to ensure accurate and compliant determinations
• Acts as the primary contact for CMS and other entities regarding post-closure disputes and reopening requests

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5 years of experience in healthcare, arbitration, appeals, or dispute resolution
• Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred
• Advanced knowledge of Federal and State arbitration processes and CMS guidance preferred
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel required
