Arbitration Manager - NSA Operations

Job Summary

To ensure operational efficiency and drive results, the full-time remote Arbitration Manager - NSA Operations will lead multiple teams, implement strategic plans, and monitor performance metrics within the framework of the No Surprises Act.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple teams to achieve business objectives
• Implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability
• Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management or other relevant work experience
• 3+ years of experience in a managerial role
• In-depth knowledge of the Open Negotiation (ON) and Independent Resolution Dispute (IDR) process, preferred
• Associate degree or higher education, preferred, but not required
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans
