Job Summary
Overseeing the Arbitration Services team, the full-time salaried Arbitration Services Team Lead will ensure service, production, and quality standards are met while managing provider disputes and client payment offers in a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage team operations to meet regulatory timeframes and maintain production standards
- Track trends and initiate process improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency
- Develop and implement departmental policies, performance metrics, and corrective measures as needed
Required qualifications
