Job Summary

Overseeing the Arbitration Services team, the full-time salaried Arbitration Services Team Lead will ensure service, production, and quality standards are met while managing provider disputes and client payment offers in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage team operations to meet regulatory timeframes and maintain production standards
• Track trends and initiate process improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency
• Develop and implement departmental policies, performance metrics, and corrective measures as needed

Required qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred with two years of healthcare operations experience
• At least one year of management or leadership experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
