Arbitration Specialist

Job Summary

Analyzing claims for arbitration, the full-time remote Arbitration Specialist will review and prepare claims for submission, manage arbitration teleconferences, and generate reports while utilizing strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze claim reports to determine eligibility for arbitration for ERISA/NSA and state insurance department claims
• Prepare claims for submission to appropriate arbitration portals
• Provide updates on findings and outcomes to management while managing key tasks effectively

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Preferred experience in Medical Billing/Collections Management
• Knowledge of CPT and HIPAA Laws
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, including formulas and pivot tables
• Understanding of insurance industry regulations and medical terminology
