Arbitration Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing arbitration practice, the full-time Arbitration Specialist will analyze claims eligible for arbitration, prepare claims for submission, and generate reports while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze claim reports to determine eligibility for arbitration for ERISA/NSA and state insurance department claims
• Prepare claims for submission to appropriate portals for arbitration
• Re-prioritize key tasks and provide updates on findings and outcomes to team leads and managers

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ years of experience analyzing claim reports for arbitration eligibility
• 1+ years of healthcare experience or experience with healthcare-related claims and disputes
• Familiarity with independent dispute resolution or other arbitration frameworks
• Experience with case management systems or similar tracking tools
