Arbitration Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor of Arbitration Verification of Benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations while mentoring and developing team members
• Analyze claim reports and ensure timely submission of cases and negotiations
• Monitor staff performance and compliance with policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required
• Minimum 3 years of medical billing and collection experience
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience managing a team of more than five people
• Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HIPAA regulations
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel
