Job Summary

A company is looking for an Arbitrator I to resolve customer complaints and ensure compliance with arbitration policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review customer claims to verify compliance with arbitration policies
  • Investigate basic cases and interface with various departments during the complaint resolution process
  • Prepare communication for resolution and mediate disputes to reach mutually acceptable solutions
Required Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or GED and less than 2 years of related experience
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • The ability to adapt in a fluid and changing environment
  • Preferred: 1+ years of automotive or body shop experience
