Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound communications from vehicle buyers and sellers, ensuring efficient intake and routing of cases
- Verify claim validity, manage documentation, and facilitate vehicle inspections while handling the closure of simple claims
- Monitor the status of claims, provide updates, and ensure timely resolution and documentation of claims
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with 4 years of experience in customer service, dispute resolution, or the automotive industry
- Associate degree or technical training is a plus
- Proficiency in using computer systems and online portals for documentation and claims tracking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Prior experience in an administrative, customer service, or call center environment is preferred
