Job Summary

A company is looking for an Arbitrator I (Manheim Digital Marketplace).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound communications from vehicle buyers and sellers, ensuring efficient intake and routing of cases
• Verify claim validity, manage documentation, and facilitate vehicle inspections while handling the closure of simple claims
• Monitor the status of claims, provide updates, and ensure timely resolution and documentation of claims

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 4 years of experience in customer service, dispute resolution, or the automotive industry
• Associate degree or technical training is a plus
• Proficiency in using computer systems and online portals for documentation and claims tracking
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
• Prior experience in an administrative, customer service, or call center environment is preferred
