Job Summary

A company is looking for an Arbitrator II (Manheim Plus One).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations and analyses of buyer and seller claims, ensuring compliance with NAAA Guidelines and auction policies
• Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to reach fair resolutions while managing a significant claims portfolio
• Manage the lifecycle of each claim, ensuring proper documentation and timely closure while achieving KPI goals

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 6 years of experience in claims management and conflict resolution
• Bachelor's degree or technical training is a plus
• Prior experience in arbitration or mediation, particularly in the automotive industry, is preferred
• Strong knowledge of automotive auction processes and NAAA policy
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple claims simultaneously
