Arbitrator II

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Arbitrator II (Manheim Plus One).

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the resolution of customer claims and concerns related to vehicle arbitration
• Investigate and evaluate complex claims, ensuring compliance with auction policies
• Communicate and negotiate with clients and internal departments to reach resolutions

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in claims management or conflict resolution
• 3+ years of automotive, mechanical, and/or body shop experience strongly preferred
• Previous experience in claims investigation is a plus
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
