ARC Specialist Certification Required

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. ARC Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full ARC settlement process, including submission, reconciliation, and payment
• Oversee ticketing audits and manage the Debit Memo process, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve SOPs and provide training on ARC policies

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ARC reporting, reconciliation, and settlement
• Expert-level proficiency with Amadeus GDS and NDC technology
• Deep knowledge of ARC processes and back-office systems
• ARC Specialist certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
• Strong understanding of airline ticketing processes, including fare rules and exchanges
