ArcGIS Enterprise Administrator
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote ArcGIS Enterprise Administrator, the successful candidate will manage, maintain, secure, and optimize enterprise geospatial environments, supporting the full lifecycle of ArcGIS Enterprise platforms, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain ArcGIS Enterprise environments, including Portal for ArcGIS and ArcGIS Server
- Install, configure, patch, upgrade, and troubleshoot ArcGIS Enterprise software
- Monitor system health, performance, and develop backup and recovery procedures
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Geographic Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible GIS or IT experience
- At least 5 years of hands-on ArcGIS Enterprise administration experience
- Strong knowledge of enterprise geodatabases and relational databases, including SQL Server and PostgreSQL/PostGIS
- Experience supporting on-premises, cloud, or hybrid ArcGIS Enterprise deployments
