Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Archer GRC Developer, the ideal candidate will configure, develop, and maintain RSA Archer solutions to enhance Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives, focusing on application development, workflow design, and compliance alignment with federal security frameworks.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and enhance Archer applications for SOC incident tracking and compliance monitoring
- Configure workflows and questionnaires to optimize risk and compliance processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective Archer implementation and alignment with NIST requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of relevant software development experience, particularly with Archer's Advanced Workflow and Custom Objects
- Hands-on experience in developing Archer applications and automating GRC processes
- Strong knowledge of NIST 800-series frameworks and their application in risk management
- Proficiency in Windows Server and SQL Server administration related to Archer configuration
