Architectural BIM Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Architectural Modeler/BIM Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Model buildings in Revit or similar programs, ensuring accuracy and constructibility of BIM models
• Review discipline specifications, project manuals, and submittals for quality analysis
• Detect potential conflicts during initial information review and throughout modeling and coordination phases

Required Qualifications

• Intermediate level of English
• Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering with a general construction background
• Basic to advanced knowledge of U.S. construction methods
• Advanced proficiency in Revit with applied experience in the Architectural trade
