Job Summary

A company is looking for an Architectural Data Modeler & Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Search, collect, structure, and manage relevant data to support model generation
• Analyze various inputs and data sources to ensure accurate and high-quality model generation
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to accelerate model delivery and reduce processing time

Required Qualifications

• Native Spanish speaker with advanced English (spoken and written)
• 3+ years of professional experience in architecture with advanced Revit skills
• Hands-on experience with BIM Collaborate / ACC / Autodesk Construction Cloud
• Strong QA/QC skills, including model auditing and data verification
• Excel proficiency for data management and reporting
