Job Summary
Collaborating with international teams, the full-time Architectural Data Modeler will develop intelligent models and schedules, enhance workflows, and support automation initiatives while working remotely from Latin America.
Key responsibilities
- Search, collect, structure, and manage relevant data to support model generation
- Analyze various inputs and data sources to ensure accurate and high-quality model generation
- Utilize Revit and other BIM software to develop smart models and schedules
Required qualifications
- Native Spanish speaker with advanced English (spoken and written)
- 3+ years of professional experience in architecture with advanced Revit skills
- Hands-on experience with BIM Collaborate / ACC / Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Strong QA/QC skills including model auditing and data verification
- Excel proficiency for data management and reporting
