Job Summary
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time Architectural Data Modeler will develop intelligent models and schedules, enhance workflows, and support automation initiatives while working remotely from Latin America.
Key responsibilities
- Search, collect, structure, and manage data to support model generation
- Analyze inputs and data sources to ensure high-quality model generation
- Develop data-driven strategies to accelerate model delivery and reduce processing time
Required qualifications
- Native Spanish speaker with advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)
- 3+ years of professional experience in architecture with advanced Revit skills
- Hands-on experience with BIM Collaborate / ACC / Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Strong QA/QC skills, including model auditing and data verification
- Proficiency in Excel for data management and reporting
