Architectural Designer

Job Summary

To support a dynamic retail studio, the remote Architectural Designer will manage project administration, design development, and contract documents while collaborating with senior staff and ensuring compliance with design standards and codes.

Key responsibilities:

• Create and review contract documents (CDs) for compliance with standards and regulations
• Coordinate with engineering consultants and manage project invoicing during the contract administration phase
• Conduct client interviews to determine technical requirements and mentor junior designers

Required qualifications:

• Graduate of architecture or design school, with equivalent experience considered
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in retail design projects
• Extensive knowledge of design principles, building systems, and ADA requirements
• Advanced skills in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite
• Intermediate MS Office Suite skills and documentation abilities
