Architectural Drafter
Job Summary
Producing residential construction blueprints, the full-time Revit Architectural Drafter will create new plans and elevations while revising existing blueprints in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Produce and document residential construction blueprints for new plans, elevations, and options to meet daily deadlines
- Revise existing blueprints to reflect plan changes and produce Bills of Materials for estimating material takeoffs
- Liaise with the Estimating Department to ensure alignment of estimating and production best practices
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
- At least 2 years of drafting experience
- Advanced knowledge of AutoDesk Revit and working knowledge of MS Office products
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Familiarity with AutoCAD/AutoCAD Architecture and VisionRez is a plus
