Job Summary

Supporting the sales team in a full-time remote capacity, the Architectural Products Account Coordinator will manage project coordination, order entry, and client communication for Walls projects, ensuring timely and accurate execution throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the sales team by coordinating all phases of Walls project execution, including quote preparation and order documentation
  • Confirm vendor acknowledgments and maintain project documentation while leading the resolution of order discrepancies
  • Assist in pre-installation preparations and coordinate installation completion and project closeout activities
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma plus 1-3 years of professional experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Prior experience in project coordination or related industries such as architectural products or commercial interiors preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP/order management systems preferred
  • Experience with architectural wall systems or related construction solutions is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
