Architectural Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing site feasibility and project execution, the full-time Architectural Project Manager will oversee the development of new Primer campuses, ensuring compliance with building codes and managing multiple projects remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead site feasibility studies, including code analysis and zoning review, to determine project viability
• Manage permitting processes across jurisdictions, coordinating with civil engineers and local architects
• Research and specify furniture, equipment, and branded materials for each campus, creating a vendor list and product catalog

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in architectural project management or interior design with ownership from design through construction
• Experience in developing design standards or prototypes for multi-location rollouts
• Background in educational, retail, or hospitality spaces
• Deep knowledge of building codes, ADA compliance, fire life safety, and zoning regulations
• Proficiency in 3D Modeling Software, Adobe Creative Cloud, Autodesk Revit, and project management tools like Asana
