Focusing on the production of construction documents for retail and restaurant projects, the remote Architectural Project Manager will manage multiple projects, ensuring designs are converted into permit-ready and construction-ready documents while residing in the Eastern or Central Time Zone.
Key responsibilities
- Produce construction documents for retail and quick-service restaurant projects
- Manage multiple projects and lead drafters and assistants throughout the documentation process
- Review building codes and ensure compliance for all projects
Required qualifications
- 7 to 10+ years of architectural experience with a focus on construction document production
- Experience with retail and/or restaurant architectural projects
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- Architectural degree preferred
- Experience in managing multi-site projects and client communication
