Architectural Revit Designer

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and experienced, the full-time Architectural Revit Designer will create, update, and coordinate 3D architectural models and construction documents for modular projects, working in a hybrid role with some days in the Richmond, VA office and others remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural Revit models and produce detailed architectural drawings and construction documents
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure model accuracy and resolve design inconsistencies
• Maintain architectural design standards and support the training of junior designers in Revit workflows and BIM standards

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and architectural BIM workflows
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction documentation
• Experience coordinating architectural models with various design disciplines
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and applicable building codes
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
