Architectural Sales Representative

Job Summary

To support a growing sales team, the full-time Architectural Sales Representative will cultivate strategic relationships with architectural professionals, prepare door and hardware specifications, and deliver educational programs on ASSA ABLOY solutions while working remotely in the Minneapolis, MN area.

Key responsibilities

• Cultivate strategic relationships with architectural design team influencers and specifiers
• Identify and secure opportunities to prepare door and hardware specifications
• Deliver targeted continuing educational programs highlighting new products and solutions

Required qualifications

• College/University degree in architectural, design/engineering/drafting, construction science, business, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 2-3 years of industry-related experience in architectural representation or specification writing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM software
• Ability to read and understand specifications and facility standards
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
