Architectural Sales Representative
Job Summary
To support a growing architectural sales team, the full-time Architectural Sales Representative will cultivate strategic relationships with architectural design professionals, prepare door and hardware specifications, and deliver educational programs while working remotely in Southeast Michigan.
Key responsibilities
- Cultivate strategic relationships with architectural design team influencers and specifiers
- Identify and secure opportunities to prepare door and hardware specifications
- Deliver targeted continuing educational programs highlighting new products and solutions
Required qualifications
- College/University degree in architectural, design/engineering, construction science, or related fields, or equivalent work experience
- 2-3 years of industry-related experience in architectural representation, specification writing, or Design-Build construction management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM software for sales reporting
- Ability to read and understand specifications and facility standards
- Willingness to travel within an assigned territory
