Job Summary

A company is looking for an Archivist - AI Trainer (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI model outputs related to archival work and provide structured feedback
• Develop prompts for AI models that reflect professional archival practices
• Work independently in a remote and flexible environment, averaging 5-20 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• At least 4 years of professional experience in archival work
• Experience in managing and organizing archival records and maintaining databases
• Ability to provide reference services and authenticate historical documents
• Experience in directing staff in cataloguing and preserving collections
• Willingness to participate in asynchronous work with AI labs
