Job Summary

A company is looking for an Area Business Lead, Rare Disease - New England.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop Rare Disease Account Managers while executing strategies with key accounts and advocacy groups
  • Develop regional business plans aligned with national sales goals and manage resource allocation
  • Foster relationships with KOLs, stakeholders, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related graduate degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of first line leadership experience in the Rare Disease space, preferably in Nephrology or Immunology
  • Proven track record in coaching and mentoring to achieve goals
  • Strong understanding of healthcare compliance and regulatory landscape
  • Experience in leading a high-performing sales organization
