Area Business Manager

Job Summary

Serving as the operations business manager for the East region, the full-time Area Business Manager will partner closely with Area Sales leadership to drive commercial success, leveraging business metrics and market trends to improve patient access to innovative technologies while managing sales enablement initiatives remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Area Sales leadership to contribute to business reviews, strategic planning, and operational efficiency
• Analyze operational and market data to provide insights for senior leadership decision-making
• Lead sales enablement initiatives and manage customer-facing tools to enhance decision-making and accelerate business growth

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 10 years of relevant experience or equivalent work experience
• Experience in developing and deploying business intelligence and analytics solutions
• Proven project management skills and expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and analytics tools
• Ability to influence stakeholders in complex organizations and build consensus
• Expert understanding of quantitative methodologies and industry trends related to sales and marketing optimization
