Job Summary

Overseeing day-to-day operations, the full-time Area Business Manager, Veterinary will manage multiple boutique hospital locations, providing leadership, coaching, and support to ensure operational efficiency and team engagement in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and overall hospital performance, monitoring key metrics and adherence to budgets
• Ensure compliance with company policies and oversee inventory management and reporting requirements
• Support hospital leadership in staffing, training, and conflict resolution to foster a positive work environment

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in operations management within the veterinary or healthcare industry
• Strong understanding of financial management and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Experience in team leadership and development, with a focus on emotional intelligence
• Knowledge of compliance regulations and inventory management processes
• Ability to coach and facilitate training for staff across multiple locations
