Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage escalated customer and partner issues, ensuring effective resolution and process improvement
• Build strategic relationships with internal teams and senior leadership to facilitate issue resolution
• Lead projects to enhance customer satisfaction and improve support experience across regions and teams

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in technology, business, or related field AND 4+ years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years OR 9+ years of relevant experience OR equivalent experience
• Ability to meet security screening requirements, including citizenship verification
• Project management experience
• Experience with Microsoft products and services
• Strong organizational agility and influence competencies in a global team environment
