Area Contract Manager

Job Summary

To protect corporate interests and drive innovation in large-scale infrastructure deployment, the remote Area Contract Manager will serve as a subject matter expert for data center design and construction contracts while managing high-value portfolios and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end change process, including review, negotiation, and approval of change orders and claims
• Proactively identify and escalate commercial risks while developing mitigation strategies in partnership with Legal and Sourcing teams
• Implement contract management tools and coach cross-functional partners to standardize practices and improve efficiencies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 15+ years of relevant experience in contract administration
• Experience in accounting/finance and supply chain management
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is preferred
• Proven expertise in managing high-value portfolios and commercial entitlements
