A company is looking for an Area Cost Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the efficient delivery of the Data Center Portfolio through commercial negotiations and cost alignment
• Collaborate with supply chains to establish advantageous outcomes and manage vendor relationships
• Implement best practices in cost management throughout the project life cycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in data center construction, leading cost management, project controls, or cost estimation
• 5 years of experience with multinational and technical construction programs/projects
• Experience with cost management, cost planning, estimation, negotiation, and project procurement
• Preferred: 7 years of experience in data center construction
