Key Responsibilities

• Lead spiritual development and foster a vibrant spiritual life within the community
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff and volunteers while providing vision and direction for the area
• Develop and implement fundraising strategies to support the ministry's vision and maintain financial surplus

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• College degree preferred
• Completion of Core Training Phase One
• Proven leadership and relational skills with youth and adults
• A commitment to evangelism and discipleship
• Participation in ongoing training and personal development opportunities
