Job Summary

A company is looking for an Area Director of BT Sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive strategy and revenue generation for Business Transient segments across three properties
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships
• Collaborate with on-property sales teams to execute BT strategies and manage account negotiations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years hotel sales experience, preferably in the Business Transient segment
• Negotiation skills for contract interpretation
• Willingness to travel 10-15% of the time
• Understanding of computers and ability to follow a sales and marketing plan
