Area Director of Revenue Management

Job Summary

Maximizing hotel revenue for rooms and food and beverage, the full-time Area Director of Revenue Management will implement pricing and distribution strategies, oversee revenue management analytics, and provide guidance on sales and marketing initiatives, with a willingness to consider remote arrangements for the ideal candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee revenue management and reservation teams to formulate pricing strategies and inventory restrictions
• Analyze the effectiveness of deployed strategies and communicate results to relevant teams and stakeholders
• Create and manage the revenue forecasting process to ensure accuracy and alignment with Hyatt standards

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Revenue Manager or Director in hotel revenue management
• At least 1 year of experience leading teams in a dynamic environment
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Excel and related data management systems
• Proficiency in managing hotel industry revenue management systems and related technologies
• Intermediate or expert skill level in Microsoft Office applications
