Job Summary

A company is looking for an Area Director to lead and develop a team to carry out its mission of introducing kids to Jesus Christ and helping them grow in their faith.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead spiritual development and ensure all ministry activities are prayer-centered
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff and volunteers while casting vision for community engagement
• Manage fundraising efforts and public relations to support the ministry's vision and budget

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• College degree preferred
• Completion of Core Training Phase One
• Proven leadership and relational skills with both kids and adults
• A commitment to reach kids with the Gospel
• Participation in ongoing training and personal development opportunities
