Job Summary
To enhance the effectiveness of sales teams, the full-time Area Field Trainer will evaluate employees, identify training needs, and implement development programs while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate employee performance and provide coaching reports to management within two business days of field visits
- Identify regional and national training needs and collaborate with training directors to develop impactful training programs
- Lead training sessions for new Account Managers and assist in the development and facilitation of quarterly and annual training programs
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience with a proven track record of performance
- Preferred history of training experience, though not required
- Strong leadership qualities with a sense of ownership in performance outcomes
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong analytical skills across various data sources
- Effective communication and selling skills, including call planning and follow-up
