Job Summary

A company is looking for an Area Inventory Specialist to manage audits and support field teams in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the progress of audits in the assigned territory
  • Assign work to auditors based on various factors and track audit inventory
  • Provide guidance and support to auditors while maintaining detailed records and communication
Required Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in operations, auditing, insurance, or a similar administrative support role
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience using spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) to track data and generate reports
  • Familiarity with Nexus or other audit/operations platforms (preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
