Job Summary

A company is looking for an Area Manager to oversee home care branch operations and staff development.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish goals for branch managers, monitor performance, and create corrective action plans
• Train home care supervisors on compliance with laws and company policies
• Gather data, prepare reports, and implement quality improvement plans based on findings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, health or social science, public administration, or a related field
• Five or more years of experience as a social service or health care supervisor or manager
• Two years of experience supervising staff providing services to elderly or disabled individuals
• On-call availability for home care supervisors 24/7
• Ability to read and interpret regulatory requirements and policies
