Job Summary
Driving loan volume and market growth, the full-time Area Manager in Ohio will build strategic relationships with franchise auto dealers, champion the brand, and deliver tailored solutions to maximize sales opportunities in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Own dealer relationships within the assigned territory to identify growth opportunities and enhance sales performance
- Onboard new dealer partners and increase loan volume through consultative selling and strategic influence
- Deliver impactful training and support to empower dealers with a comprehensive understanding of GoFi's programs and tools
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma required; College degree preferred
- 5+ years of outside sales experience in indirect auto or a similar field
- Demonstrated experience in building relationships and driving production within a geographic territory
- Ability to effectively present to key stakeholders within a dealership or dealer group
- Local travel required; must be located in the Greater Columbus area or willing to relocate
