Job Summary

A company is looking for an Area Sales Director for the Great Plains region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of Sales Directors to achieve individual and team quotas
  • Oversee the sales cycle, negotiate, and assist in closing complex transactions
  • Develop the Southeast US market while maintaining key partner relationships


Required Qualifications:
  • Senior sales experience with a proven leadership and management track record
  • Over 10 years of field and remote sales experience with consistent quota over-achievement
  • Experience in B2B sales of networking and/or security solutions
  • Minimum of 2 years managing an individual contributor sales team
  • Experience in channel recruitment and enablement with a track record of success
