Job Summary

A company is looking for an Area Sales Director for Illinois and Wisconsin.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of Sales Directors to achieve individual and team quotas
  • Oversee the sales cycle, including negotiations and closing complex transactions
  • Develop the Southeast US market and maintain relationships with partners
Required Qualifications:
  • Senior sales experience with a strong leadership and management track record
  • Over 10 years of field and remote sales experience with a history of quota over-achievement
  • Experience in B2B sales of networking and/or security solutions
  • A minimum of 2 years managing an individual contributor sales team
  • Experience in channel recruitment and enablement with a proven sales success record
