Job Summary
A company is looking for an Area Sales Director for Latin America.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Sales Directors to achieve individual and team quotas
- Oversee the sales cycle, negotiate, and assist in closing complex transactions
- Develop the Southeast US market and maintain relationships with partners
Required Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of senior sales experience with a strong leadership track record
- Experience in B2B sales of networking and/or security solutions
- A minimum of 2 years managing an individual contributor sales team
- Proven success in channel recruitment and enablement
- Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent work experience is preferred
